TNet is Trashnet's central data engine, the SaaS platform that receives live feeds from all our hardware (Binvent, MRF systems, Asset Trackers) and turns raw data into operational intelligence. Every sort event from Binvent feeds the TNet ML model, improving accuracy with every deployment. TNet generates immutable audit logs, automated ESG and EPR compliance reports, and predictive operational dashboards, all in real time, without manual input.

India's EPR rules under CPCB require producers and brand owners to track, offset and report their plastic waste obligations. TNet generates granular, immutable waste audit reports automatically from Binvent and MRF data, classifying every kilogram by waste stream, timestamping each event, and formatting reports for direct regulatory submission. This eliminates manual audits entirely and creates a verifiable ESG record that satisfies CPCB, state PCBs and voluntary sustainability frameworks.

A typical pilot runs 2–3 months with a small number of Binvent units deployed across a representative sample of your facility. We agree success criteria upfront, segregation accuracy, collection frequency reduction, reporting time saved, and measure rigorously against your existing baseline. Our compact, modular design means units are deployed in minutes with zero civil works. 80%+ of pilots convert to paying commercial contracts.

We offer two primary revenue streams: Binvent hardware leased at ₹3,100/month per unit (IoT Intelligent Bin Lease), and TNet SaaS platform subscription at ₹12,000/month. Recovered material value can add a further ₹7,000–13,000/month. Our LTV:CAC ratio is 7.2x with a payback period of 6–7 months.
